What to send us, and what happens next

The more you can tell us at the start, the more useful the first reply is. The four things that let us give you a considered answer rather than a holding response are: the approximate roof area in square metres, even as a rough figure from a site plan; what the building does, because a warehouse, a school and a plant-heavy office are three different specifications; what is going wrong and for how long, since a roof leaking in one place after a storm is a different problem from one that has been patched every winter for five years; and photographs if you have safe access to take them, or a satellite image if you do not. Never go onto a roof you are not certain is non-fragile just to get us a picture.

What happens then. We read the enquiry and reply within one working day. If there is enough to work with, that reply is a free condition review — an honest view on whether you are looking at a repair, a refurbishment or a replacement, and a realistic cost band. If there is not, we will tell you what else we need rather than send a number we cannot stand behind. Where a survey makes sense we arrange one with a contractor from our network who works on your building type, and you get an itemised written proposal naming the system, the manufacturer, the calculated U-value and the guarantee term.

What we will not do: sell your details on, put you on a call list, or chase you. If the timing is wrong, say so and we will leave it with you. We are a lead-generation service that connects building owners with accredited commercial roofing contractors, so we are straight about what we are — we are not the installing entity and we do not pretend to hold the accreditations our contractor network holds.

We do not publish a phone number, and that is deliberate rather than an oversight. A written enquiry with an area, a building type and a photograph gets a specific answer from someone who has actually looked at it. A phone call to a switchboard gets a callback request. If you would rather talk, say so in the message and include a number and a good time, and someone will ring you.
